State, Capitals and Regions
1. Open Excel
2. Select 26 rows
3. Change the cell height to 24
4. Select 7 columns
5. Change the cell width to 14
6. Change column "D" to width 8
7. On the ribbon, "top menu bar" select Page Layout
8. Choose Margins, and select narrow.
9. Highlight Cell A1 to 26C
10. Give the cells all borders
11. Select Cell E1 to G 26
12. Give the cells all borders
13. Type: State in cell A1, Capital in cell B1 and Region in C1
14. Type: State in cell E1, Capital in cell F1 and Region in G1
15. Change the color of the heading cells to light gray
16. Change the font point to 14 and Bold the words.
17. Insert two lines your headings
18. In Cell A1 type your FULL name (First & Last)
19. In cell E1 type your Grade, and in F1 type your Homeroom teacher
20. In alphabetical order, type all the states in the "States column"
21. In the capital column, provide each state's capital
22. In the region column provide the region of each state
